about us
Our Philosophy
At Refine, every patient is treated as a whole person, not a treatment area. We go beyond injectables to include skin health, functional medicine, and wellness because how you age on the outside is connected to how you feel on the inside. Every recommendation is grounded in clinical expertise, every plan is built around your unique features and lifestyle, and every conversation is honest even when that means suggesting less.
We are here to help you age on your own terms, with a team that knows your face, your history, and your story.
I want you to feel heard, understood, and confident in every step, long before you ever see a result.
The Story Behind Refine
Morgan Curry grew up in Kentucky with a deep respect for medicine and the people who practice it with integrity. Before aesthetics, she worked in cardiac ICU and spent years in plastic surgery, where she developed the anatomy-first approach that defines everything Refine does today.
Working alongside surgeons gave her something most injectors never have: a firsthand understanding of facial structure at a surgical level and an honest perspective on what non-surgical care can and cannot accomplish.
She founded Refine because she wanted something different. Not a medspa that chases volume or follows trends. A practice built around patients who deserve honest guidance, a team that genuinely knows them, and results that look like themselves.

Aesthetic Injector
Morgan Curry, BSN, RN, CANS
Founder | Nurse Injector | International Speaker | National Trainer
Morgan Curry is the founder of Refine Aesthetics and a nationally recognized aesthetic nurse injector with over a decade of experience dedicated exclusively to aesthetic medicine. Known for her discerning eye, advanced anatomical expertise, and unwavering commitment to natural results, Morgan has built a reputation for creating outcomes that are elegant, balanced, and never overdone.
Her career began in critical care at the University of Kentucky, a Level I Trauma Center, where she developed the clinical judgment and composure that continue to define her practice today. She later spent five years in a leading plastic surgery practice, working alongside board-certified plastic surgeons and gaining an exceptional understanding of facial anatomy, surgical aesthetics, and comprehensive patient care. That foundation remains central to every consultation and treatment she performs.

Today, Morgan is among South Carolina’s few Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialists (CANS), the highest credential available for aesthetic nurses. She is an international speaker, national trainer, and Key Opinion Leader for leading aesthetic companies, educating medical professionals around the world on advanced injection techniques, facial balancing, regenerative aesthetics, anatomy, and patient safety. Her expertise has earned recognition as one of the Best Aesthetic Injectors in America, and she continues to help elevate the profession through education, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
Morgan’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that exceptional aesthetic medicine is never about chasing trends or simply adding volume. Every patient begins with an in-depth consultation where facial anatomy, skin quality, aging patterns, lifestyle, and long-term goals are thoughtfully evaluated. Rather than treating isolated concerns, she develops comprehensive treatment plans designed to restore structural support, improve skin health, stimulate collagen, and create harmony across the entire face.
Known for her honest recommendations and conservative approach, Morgan believes that knowing when not to treat is just as important as knowing how to treat. Her patients trust her to recommend only what is truly needed, often guiding them through a thoughtful, staged plan of care that prioritizes longevity, safety, and timeless results over immediate gratification.
In 2025, Morgan founded Refine Aesthetics with a singular vision: to create a practice where clinical excellence and genuine relationships exist in equal measure. Every detail of the patient experience—from the first consultation to long-term maintenance—is centered on education, transparency, and trust. Her goal is simple: to help patients look refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.
For Morgan, aesthetic medicine has never been about changing faces. It is about restoring confidence, preserving individuality, and helping every patient become the most refined version of themselves.

Lacey believes everybody has a story. Symptoms are not random, and exceptional care begins by listening, asking better questions, and understanding the why before determining the how. Patients often tell her that, for the first time, they feel truly heard. She believes listening is one of the most powerful diagnostic tools in medicine and combines that philosophy with evidence-based care to create personalized treatment plans that improve health, restore balance, and enhance quality of life.
Beyond caring for patients, Lacey has led quality improvement initiatives, developed provider education programs, implemented remote patient monitoring services, and created evidence-based clinical workflows. She brings the perspective of both a clinician and educator, helping make specialty endocrine and metabolic care more approachable, personalized, and effective.
At Refine, Lacey is proud to expand comprehensive endocrine, metabolic, and hormone optimization services while partnering with patients to help them feel their best from the inside out.
Outside the clinic, Lacey enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and their three children. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines at soccer games, discovering a new coffee shop, or creating memories with her family, she brings the same warmth, empathy, and authenticity to every patient relationship.

With Morgan’s extensive background in plastic surgery and nearly a decade in medical aesthetics, patients benefit from a truly collaborative approach. Together, Morgan and Dr. Little believe in recommending the treatment that is genuinely best for each individual—not simply the treatment offered within one practice. When surgery is the most appropriate option, patients have a trusted referral to an experienced plastic surgeon. Likewise, when a non-surgical approach can achieve a patient’s goals, they work together to ensure care is thoughtful, honest, and tailored to the individual.
At Refine, this partnership reflects our philosophy that exceptional aesthetic medicine begins with trust, collaboration, and always putting the patient’s best interest first.

Real People. Real Results.
I met Morgan about a year and a half ago when she did my lip filler, and she did an AMAZING job!! So naturally I followed her to her new practice at Refine Aesthetics for my first ever facial balancing appointment. To say I am happy with my results is an understatement! She truly is the best at what she does. I can’t recommend Refine Aesthetics enough!!
Reilley
Morgan was absolutely fabulous. I followed her from her last location and I’m so glad I followed. She cares, explains everything and is genuinely an amazing person. I was there yesterday but plan to be back Wednesday for probably some eye filler she recommended!

Absolutely love Refine Aesthetics! Their new space is absolutely stunning — beautiful, clean, and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. Morgan is a fantastic injector who is honest, upfront, and realistic about expectations, which I really appreciated. She made the entire experience comfortable, and I honestly had zero pain or discomfort during treatment. Every staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Jennie
Had a facial with Megan and it was absolutely wonderful! Office was beautiful, Megan was very knowledgeable and my skin looks and feels amazing!
Marissa
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Morgan is the best at what she does. But beyond that she is an artist and creates natural looking results! I have had fillers and Botox before with unsatisfactory results. I am so happy to have found Morgan!
Coburn
I had my first facial at Refine Aesthetics in Bluffton and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Megan took care of me and made the whole process easy and comfortable from start to finish. I’ll be real, I’m a guy with a beard and I’ve never really paid much attention to skincare. I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in, but Megan explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t feel overwhelming. She tailored the facial to work around my beard and focused on the areas that actually needed attention.
