The Refine Method
Aesthetic Injector Mentorship for Those Ready to Do This Right.
The most successful injectors are not the ones who trained the most. They are the ones who had access to the right guidance at the right moment. Someone to call when a consultation goes sideways, a case raises questions, or a patient’s expectations need careful managing.
Most training programs give you a foundation and send you home. The Refine Method stays with you. It is built around the idea that confidence, clinical judgment, and a sustainable practice are not built in a weekend. They are built over time, with the right person in your corner.

The Educator Behind The Refine Method
Meet Your Mentor & Your Big Sister in Aesthetics.
Before aesthetics, Morgan was in the cardiac ICU. Before that, plastic surgery. That clinical foundation informs everything she teaches, a precise, anatomy-first approach, and the conviction that the best results are the ones nobody can quite put their finger on.
She built The Refine Method for the injectors who are tired of figuring it out alone.
Think of her as the mentor you wish you had from day one, someone just a phone call away who celebrates your wins, talks you through the hard cases, and reminds you that you do not have to navigate this by yourself.

Training Program FAQs
Still Have Questions? We Have Answers.
1. About the Program
Is this program right for someone just starting out in aesthetics?
Yes. Whether you are brand new to aesthetic medicine or have been injecting for years and want to refine your skills, the program is built around where you are and where you want to go.
Can teams or group practices apply?
Yes. Training sessions can be customized to fit your team’s needs and schedule. Reach out to discuss group options.
How is this different from a typical training course?
Most courses give you a foundation and send you home. This program gives you ongoing access to a nationally recognized injector who can help you think through real cases, navigate difficult consultations, and grow your practice over time.
2. Private Training
What does a private training session look like?
Private training is a personalized, hands-on experience tailored to your skill level and clinical goals. Sessions may include live patient observation, injection technique, anatomy review, treatment planning, and consultation coaching, all focused entirely on you.
How long is a private training session?
Sessions have a 3-hour minimum and can be customized to fit your needs or your team’s schedule.
Can I choose what we focus on during training?
Yes. Training is built around your specific needs, whether that is foundational technique, advanced facial assessment, product selection, or consultation structure.
3. Ongoing Mentorship
How does the mentorship program work?
Mentorship includes monthly one-on-one sessions with Morgan, along with ongoing support for case review, treatment planning, consultation guidance, and business development. It is designed to be a consistent, accountable relationship rather than a single touchpoint.
Can I do mentorship without doing private training first?
Yes. Mentorship is available as a standalone program for providers who already have a training foundation and want continued guidance and accountability.
What if I have a question between monthly sessions?
That is part of what makes mentorship valuable. Details on between-session support are discussed during your intake conversation.
4. Logistics
Where does training take place?
Mentorship sessions are conducted virtually as part of The Refine Method. Participants are also invited to a shadow day at Refine Aesthetics, located at 132 Bluffton Rd, Suite 102 Bluffton, SC 29910.
How do I apply or inquire?
Fill out the inquiry form on this page or call (843) 256-6078 to start the conversation. We will learn about your background and goals and go from there.
How much does training or mentorship cost?
Pricing varies depending on the program structure and your specific goals. Reach out to discuss options, and we will put together a plan that makes sense for you.
